Services
Sorvyn provides website design, website development, e-commerce setup, integrations, website support, and related digital services.
The exact scope, price, deliverables, and requirements of a project may be confirmed with the client before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the information, content, images, product details, account access, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to complete their project.
Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the project timeline.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to Sorvyn may legally be used for their website.
Payments
Service fees and payment arrangements will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.
Additional work or requirements outside the originally agreed scope may require an additional quotation and client approval.
Third-Party Costs
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Sorvyn's service fees do not include third-party costs such as:
- Website or e-commerce platform subscriptions
- Domain registration or renewal
- Premium themes
- Paid applications or plugins
- Payment gateway or transaction fees
- Third-party software or services
- Other external service-provider charges
These costs remain the client's responsibility.
Payment Providers
Sorvyn may assist with integrating payment methods available to the client's business. Approval, eligibility, processing, fees, account verification, and continued availability are determined by the relevant payment provider.
Sorvyn does not guarantee approval by any third-party payment provider.
Revisions and Additional Work
Reasonable revisions may be provided within the agreed project scope.
Major redesigns, additional pages, custom functionality, bulk product uploads, significant structural changes, or other work outside the agreed scope may require an additional quotation.
Project Completion and Handover
A project is considered completed when the agreed scope has been substantially delivered and the website is ready for handover or launch, subject to any outstanding client-provided information or third-party approvals.
Sorvyn Care
Sorvyn Care provides minor ongoing website assistance according to the service description in effect when purchased.
Unless separately agreed, Sorvyn Care does not include complete redesigns, new pages, major structural changes, custom development, bulk product uploads, premium third-party services, or major new functionality.
Third-Party Platforms
Sorvyn may configure or integrate third-party platforms and services. Sorvyn is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes, account suspensions, discontinued functionality, or other actions controlled by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
Sorvyn will make reasonable efforts to provide services professionally and according to the agreed scope. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms or specific commercial results, sales, revenue, search rankings, or business performance resulting from a website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sorvyn will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from third-party services or use of the website.
Changes to These Terms
